Now that is a miss leading name. The photo cell only runs the OD fan motor. I remember when the Complete Heat was the new wave of the industry. What a nightmare.

In a summer month that the unit has to run 24/7 to maintain temp.
About 100 KWHs less that month. Depending on size of unit.

So at 10 cents a KWH, 10 bucks that month. Woo Hoo. :D

Wonder how much extra it will cost over a non photovoltaic unit.

Then if something goes wrong with the solar cell just out of warranty, how much does it cost for a new one or to repair the old one? I have never worked on a solar panel, doubt many others here have either.
