My customer claims that he has an air conditioner. He claims it is a Seasons CCAG6013. Does this exist, or should I go visit his house to make sure, myself? :D

Never heard of a Seasons, nor does the model # ring a bell.

He could be a combo company (plumbing / heating) and never checked the HVAC yet, could be lot's of reasons. Maybe the customer owns several properties....................

THANK YOU FIRECONTROL!!
The compressor number was present on the unit, however the model number was not visible. The paperwork checks out, though. Thank you all, you are great. And entertaining!
