My Customer claims...

My customer claims that he has an air conditioner. He claims it is a Seasons CCAG6013. Does this exist, or should I go visit his house to make sure, myself? :D

No! but what does that have to do with seeing the equipment????

He could be a combo company (plumbing / heating) and never checked the HVAC yet, could be lot's of reasons. Maybe the customer owns several properties....................
