Non-Matched up Trane equipment?

I'm visiting my mom and decided to admire her new Trane Heatpump heating and cooling system. I was looking at some of the documentation and decided to look up the AHRI matchup. I couldn't find some of the equipment listed on the paperwork. So I went straight to the source and determined the company listed the model numbers incorrectly. I visually inspected the coil, gas furnace, and heatpump and came up with the following model numbers listed on the equipment.

Coil - 4TXCB031BC3HCA
Furnace- TUD1B08A9H31BA (Incorrectly listed as TUEB080A9361A)
Heatpump- 4TWR4030C1000A

The home is a one story/raised ranch about 1200 square feet. I can't find an AHRI match up for the heatpump with the coil and furnace combination listed above. I suspect the Heatpump is incorrectly sized (appears to be a 2.5 ton unit).

Can someone verify for me that the equipment listed above is not a correct AHRI match. Also, can I correctly assume that the fix would be to put the correct sized heatpump on the house. The correct appears to be a 2 ton unit (4TWR4024A).

The closest match I found is ARI# 1230951. As far as the ARI match up, the only thing I noticed was that her OD unit is a 4TWR4030(C) and ARI list a model 4TWR4030(A) which is an older version of the same unit.
You'd need to do a heat load on the home to know if it's sized correctly.

The coil and heat pump are both 2.5 ton

Looks like the 032 coil is the match with the C revision of the 2.5-ton XR14.

Not sure what if any issues you'd run into with the 031 coil.

Hey folks, thanks for the help. I guess my biggest issue that I was under the impression that HVAC companies had to install a minimum 14 SEER unit. The combination they installed is 13.75 SEER. If a 14 SEER unit is not the minimum then I guess I have no worries. I'll research that question on this site, otherwise I'll post a question on that. Thanks
