been noticing oil in the power heads of my meat line-up and this
morning in my bakery cooler the valve just quits working.had to pump down
the cases and bleed out the oil than it works
now in my rack my turbashed only got 1 ball of oil so i know its not over charge
its a hussmann r-22 rack dual suction header low/med with
kool gas defrost i want to know is how does oil get up in there

How are the valves positioned? I've heard of oil collecting there if the valve is mounted with the powerhead down and then causing problems but haven't witnessed it myself.

in a up-right position.it got a p-trap coming down the riser a invert p-trap on top this just started after 2yrs am thinking it coming from when other circuits go into kool gas defrost and this is a liquid loop it may be flowing like that?
