No I haven't run into that yet. I guess the reason to have that capability would be for a Frymaster Rep. to come out, upload the information, and see what exactly their equipment is doing. Sort of like your computer at home uploading your information whenever you sign online. I.E. favorite sites, most visited sites, most used server etc.
