anybody ever work with these

looks like the old lady got me a set for christmas and I am wondering if they are worth a damn or not?

irwin makes good stuff :)

i have lots of different irwin tools. from drill bits to pliers, and haven't had a minutes trouble with any of it :)

they seem to look good I was just wondering how they would work? I guess on X-mas day I will have to change out a faucet or something just to get to try them out :D

If you have any sense....take the tools and say thanks! The pliers should be fine for all intensive purposes and we can never have enough tools.

They work pretty damn good. The curved jaws grab bolts pretty good and hold on to pipe. I would say they are worth a damn lol.
The only thing i have against them is you really cant adjust them with one hand like a normal pair of channel locks.

The U1242A Agilent meter can do all that plus all the 116 functions at better accuracy, better warranty for about 200 bucks and is a lot more rugged than Chinese made Flukes.

lol....Twillete is pretty hawt
