OK I don't get it. After all these years making products for the commercial kitchen industry you would think they would know better than this:

These drawer coolers have no way to access the condenser coil from the front. To clean the coil you have to remove the whole side of the unit!!! WTF???
Now we all know that these units normally have a flat top griddle on them with the cook top stove on one side and the charchoal grill on the other side, and to do maintenance you really don't want to have to pull the whole cook line apart just to clean the coil once a month, or every other month. The sad part is that this is the "NEW" design! The old ones have an panel that pops right off the front like it should.
So listen up you design guys "Think like the guy in the field please!"
I am planning on cutting up a brand spanking new unit(cutting out the square holes grill on the front) and placing a screw on vented guard so I can reach in with my wire brush and air hose, and if necessary a can of cleaner once in a while. Shame to have to do this to a shinny new unit, but it is that or spend 20 min just to clean one little coil every month, not to mention pissing off the kitchen staff.
