Customer was there the whole time, nice enough guy.. at least he didn`t try to tell me how to do my job like some do. He did make sure we didn`t miss anything thou.:)
It was nice to do an install for a change
Ac will go in when it warms up
It`s 2 95%ers
He didn`t believe me they were running when I turned them on.
I love AMSTD, they make it so easy to get refferals
I took someones advice here and turned all the writing on the PVC so it wouldn`t be seen, I think I like the way that looks too.

Very Nice! Someone got what they paid for and then some.
You know what I like best? The way the r/a is attached to the filter cabinet.
Using s-lock to attach it instead of a raw edge or flange makes that look like a million bucks.
sir fix alot

like the condensor pads, cant stand furnaces on concrete floors, like them vent hangers ... whats pro and cons with those air bear 90 boxes? do you like them ? tight lookin job....

Thanx guys.
I`ve used vibration pads in the past but last year I got the idea to use the a/c pad, it looks good and gives it a nice solid surface to sit on.. a bit more expensive but I like it.

PROS:
Air Bear uses a larger 20x25x5 filter, so I can use that even on a small furnace, more surface area, longer change intervals..etc
Sitting at a right angle it`s like having vanes, better air flow across the filter IMOP
Heavy solid cabinet cuts down on noises
Looks good.
Large door for easy customer access
Something that sets me apart from the competition
At $108 priced right
Saves some space
CONS:
Adjustable from 8x24 to 10x24 only so it`s a bit short for 10x25 but my sheet metal guy hides it well with the s-cleat in front
That`s about it.
Genaire (sp?) makes one too.. it`s white and shinny, screws that come with the handle are way too long however.. very dumb..
I think I have a pic of it from my showroom trailer.. let me find it
here we go:

good to see you guys care......nice.
Very good looking install. It's clear that you are no stranger to quality work. Now if you'd have let me hard pipe the a/c's with ACR and brazed fittings... WHAT A TEAM WE'D MAKE!
I agree with ricm. Nice job, by the way. Why doesn't anyone use fittings and braze? What is it with soft line sets? It kills me when the job looks great, but the line set swoops all around.

IMOP; more connections more possible leaks in the future. I try to keep fittings to a minimum
