Oh, the facts are clear as the sunshine on a cloudless day for folks that want to see them... But it appears most of the voters are more interested in what someone says is free than what the facts are...

IMO they will learn a HARD lesson in the next two years...

while all that is admirable, the foreclosure problem is centered in California, Nevada, Arizona and Florida. High income High property value States. the midwest states are having difficulty due to job losses in blue collar jobs.

Ace, I lived in Houston when the bottom fell out down there in the 1980's. I have experienced more of this mess than most folks in this country.

The answers are not as easy, nor black and white as folks would like them to be.

And regardless of what ANY elected official does, it will be a LONG road back to where we were.

Remember Newton's law of relativity; what goes up comes down... well there is an extension to that; what goes waaay up, comes waaay back down...

And in the financial markets, we have been WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY up... care to guess what is next?

GW can only be called the worst president 'so far' (whether that is true is another thread)... when the next president takes office, there is another warm body to add to the comparison. We will know in a few months if BHO can do the job, or if he is just hot air from a warm body...

For the sake of the country, I truly hope BHO is more than hot air in a warm body...
