so i've been with this terrible company for two years,
i would go to job interviews, everything sounded like it was going great, but i wouldn't get hired.
i didn't get any job i applied for except for one.
so before the beginning of last summer, i got a new job.
the assistant manager asked me where i was going when i quit.
i had some bad luck, 3 weeks later i was let go,
during the whole time the manager of my first job was calling me telling me to come back.
so apparently i'm very valuable to the company, but not when it comes to paying me money.
i was only paid 15% of the revenue i collected, and i earn about half of what a normal company pays.
...if i had normal bills i'd be a bum right now.
before i went back to job #1, i applied at a very good company, the manager told me i scored higher than anyone he's ever seen,
i missed only 8 questions on a 75 question mechanical test.
(i never really thought of myself as mechanically inclined)
...quess what? didn't get the job.
i started to think my company was giving me bad reviews to keep me there on purpose.
...so i started to go to job interviews in uniform.
my mom offered to call in with a fake check-up but i told her that's not going to do me any good, it's just going to make me feel like going in there and beating the crap out of everyone.
so i went back to the first job and worked there for a while longer, and i recently got hired to a new company.
i didn't give them 2 weeks notice, cus everytime someone quits, they tell them to pack their crap and get out, and that's what happened to me.
so this time i knew not to mention which company i was going to.
so sure enough, the assistant manager comes out while i'm packing up and says, "so where you going?"
i said "it's a busy AC company"
he says "yeah but where?"
i said "it's in the valley"
he says "what's the name of the company"
...now i'm pissed off, i said "you know what? don't worry about where i'm going it's none of your business"
he started giving me this "i thought we were friends" crap.
so anyways...only God knows how many great jobs this company cost me.
...not only do they want to pay nothing, but they are going to try to hold you hostage.
raising your pay is out of the question.
my dad says "if they cost you this new job you have a lawsuit"
a lawsuit for what?
this corrupt legal system has their crime covered.
all a legal official has to do is call in for a fake job reference to see if employers are doing this crap,
but they're not going to do it because it's considered "entrapment"
no proof, no crime

Wolf I don’t know you but you come across like a self-centered guy and you have an attitude (no a good one) also I recall you have some sort of criminal record, most reputable companies do background checks before hiring, felonies or misdemeanors may disqualify you.

Not necessarily we don't care how many felonies or misdemeanors you may have, but
I do require my techs to be seasoned, our qualifications for seasoned are over 50 or
lots of gray hair, both gets you a sign on bonus. :D

I think most employers are checking credit-scores too. It sounds stupid, but they do and that will kill an otherwise slam-dunk position. Just an observation from my own personal experience a couple years ago. F'n employers are mostly anal about their expected 'right to know' every friggin detail about a person they hire, and arrogant enough to assume they know every damm implication of a back-ground check/anal exam/and pee test result. There is no honest days' pay for an honest days' labor, that is rare concept fed to suckers, mostly.
Alot of successful employers also pretend to hire when they are not hiring, they just keep a big file of 'reserve employees' on a file in case they need one. Tough sh1t for you if you kill a half-day and gas money applying for a job, that is your problem not theirs, they do not care about your plight.
In any case they want to jack up your labor 300% at a minimum, 400% is better, then whine about overhead costs that any third-grade math can easily prove laughable.
I say screw them and start your own gig. Sometimes you just have to suck it up and play the sorry hand you have, wait and stash some cash and say yessir in the meantime. Just understand you are getting a pay-check on friday, nothing else, and you will not be disappointed. Hope that helps.

although i tried not to think about it,
and after remembering some things that were said, i relized that the manager of my former company sent out two of his lackies to try to figure out what company i was going to.
they don't know what company it is but they know the general area.
the manager hopped in his car and took a trip , something he never does in the morning.
it wouldn't surprise me if i get a call from the new company tomorrow saying my new job is cancelled.
this might turn into a big sht.
this company is cutthroat.
if soemthing happens i guess i can contact a labor lawyer, but i already knew they can't/won't do anything

not being able to and not caring to are two very different things. perhaps a ubiquitous compilation of exclamatory words of enormously outrageous numbers of syllables is in order?

because the relocation package would be to North Greenland, so I (we) don't have to listen to him/her whine.
On the other hand, I could make him CLEAN my basement. The only clean spot is in the reloading area, I have not seen the floor in the rest of the basement in 15 years :D

Wolfie's main problem is he wants to be something he is not; a technician. With his training and time in the field he is only qualified to be an installer’s helper. There is no way I would put anyone with his experience level in the field doing service not even PM's.
You have to crawl before you can walk and you need to walk before you can run. An inflated ego and a vo-tech school do not a tech make.

nor were those words exclamatory, as for "ubiquitous" i was trying to express the need for an "ever-present" display of my ability to spell not only you and your, but also more sophisticated words like antidisestablishmentarianism, or Enosiophobia or Enissophobia-which is a fear of having committed an unpardonable sin of criticism.. granted, t'was a foolhardy expression of the more childish side of my inner self, however i feel that by utilizing humor as an integrated ingredient in my reply might somehow grant me some minuscule particle of personal redemption. although, i'm sorry to say, i refuse to spell out you and your on a regular basis. if it really does take more than a fraction of a second for ur brain to process u meaning you, and ur meaning your, then i think perhaps u should start employing a ginseng and ginko supplement.
p.s. i have no understanding of the shift F7 thing. care to enlighten us?
in more simple terms either you didn't know the meaning of ubiquitous, or you didn't understand the context. and no i wont spell out u or ur but, i do apologize for my lack of will-full conformation.

77 I think it is an age thing assuming you are less than 35, but older guys are not into texting or the thought process. I for instance prefer not to use contractions. I am sure Jmac meant no offense nor did I.

For what it's worth, openoffice uses control F7 for the thesaurus.
They both use F7 for spell checking, as does outlook, thunderbird and lots of other word munching programs.
