Here is a civics quiz (http://www.americancivicliteracy.org/resources/quiz.aspx) that came through from a local talk radio jock. It's a fun one. Try to do it without yahoo-ing the answers. (or Google-ing)
I was kickin a&& and taking names until the last four questions, and I missed 3 of them. Got a 90.91%. I had to stop and ponder on more than a few of them.

100 percent buckaroos ;), and I only had the assistance of my morning coffee. I see where some of the questions were designed to trip up the less than knowledgeable liberal thinker. :D
The study of Jefferson's writings should be mandatory in a civics class, along with Hamilton and Madison...

The questions at the end seemed to me not to have a correct answer. The one about if taxes equal government spending...I didn't think any answers were 100% right, but I picked the right answer. Anyway the 4 I missed were all from the upper section.

I think this proves the mind of a genius is not good at tests:D

Conservative geniuses rarely have difficulty taking tests. That why we like having students take standardized tests so much. Helps us find more conservative geniuses. :D

I disagree with two of the answers they said were correct (I missed)... but that is the way things go.
I like Geepo's post above: Politicians in general know less than citizens... and we still elect the fools?

Same score.
I was pleasantly surprised at the items I remembered. I've spent the last few years in trade, business, and religion books. It's been quite some time since I dove into any history books.
