On average you would have lost $21. for every $100 you had in the stock market since Obama has been elected. The dow already dropped a lot on the gamble that he might win and when he did win folks are still bailing out big time and who can blame them.
Private ownership doesn't fair well in a socialist economy and we certainly are going deeper in that ruinous direction thanks to the Obama getting elected and the socialist Democrats getting more control in Congress. It looks like all down here for some time regardless of what some say with false hope of better times.

So the drop in the stock market is his fault too..???
The whole global economy rest in the hands of the USA president... ??
If you are dependent on any government entity for your existence....I truly pity you.....
If you wish to blame others for the way life treats you..... I got nothing for ya...;)

No words could be more true. The unforunate thing is the staggering number of people whos existance is totally dependant on the govt, and they blame us who work for our survival for their shortcomings. This country was and is built by the American dream and unfortunately a lot of Americans do not know what that really is.

And you are claiming that Obama is the reason for this?
Really?
I could understand if you claimed that he contributed to this situation, but that doesn't seem to be your point .
Is Obama also to blame for the way my dog smells after a rain storm?
(don't mind me, I'm only here to enjoy the entertainment)

With all that has gone on this year I dont believe it would be any different under Bush... The economy has gone to hell......been a while coming....gonna stick around for a while.
Pray...tighten your belts....think cornbread and soup beans 3-4 nights a week... and greens and cornbread the rest of the week.
Glenn...I suspect from this post and other posts you have made that your investments have turned south....... Im truly sorry for that..... but I think you have been around long enough to know that every cloud has a silver lining... this mess will turn itself around......
The Lord works in mysterious ways......why he is gutting the economy is beyond me....but its not my place to question his infinite wisdom...... just got to go along for the ride.

Well I am almost all out now but I did lose a few thou before I bailed. Anyhow I blame Obama for the recent fall and for the earlier fall I blame fanny Mae and Freddie Mac and the banks who were cohorsed into loaning billions to those who could never pay it back thanks to the liberal Democrats along with a few Republicans. Anyhow that has been discussed enough already.
I am just concerned about the present state of affairs which if I may say so is bleak. Anyhow thanks for your concern corny, appreciate it, your a good man even if you do piss me off sometimes.:) Well tomorrow is another day I think.
I find it interesting that the libs on this forum, SIMPLY cannot figure out why Obama has this effect on people and the economy, while the conservatives know the many reasons why.
Even if/when conservatives explain and demonstrate why or how this affects us, the libs deny or discount ALL logical explanations.

Has he had an effect, yep.
Has he been the sole cause as alluded to in this post, nope.
Pretty complicated when you're not dealing in absolutes huh?

Has he been the sole cause as alluded to in this post, nope. Not at all huh?
Offering up Communist programs that will destroy capitalism, suggesting nationalizing citizen's 401K plans and having not one clue about economics when you will become the leader of the free world does not affect financial markets?
Obama is not the only clueless one here obviously.

You did NOT include my WHOLE quote.

The curve is as obvious as is the bubbles and the correction points should be clear. I made the false assumption of 9000 +/- 250 and in reality 7500-8000 is more realistic.
