The UCI is pretty much obsolete. TAC considered it an I/NET legacy product sometime around 2002 or 2003. I believe they did a lifetime build. I checked the TAC online parts and they are still available, however the list price is almost $ 11,000. A new one would probably cost you around $ 4,500.
The TAC factory in Rockford Illinois will repair any controllers that you have as long as they are not water damaged. The cost for a repair should run you around $ 900.
You need to contact your local TAC branch office or your local TAC I/NET authorized partner for either a new purchase or factory repair.
There are some 3rd party companies that will repair I/NET boards, however I have never tried them.
I have some customers that have purchased used Unitary Controllers from eBay. If you look around you might find a UCI. Of course your taking a chance. Unless this a demo or test board I would go directly to TAC, everything will have a warranty.

I pulled one out last Friday, the board was powered up but everything in the central plant was bypassed, I'm not sure if the controller is good or not.

Just had one repaired by TAC for a customer and the cost was 1850.00 and that was with little parts, they do not actaully like to repair them and evently not be able to get them repaired from TAC.
As far as Utahcontrols, they do not have alot of hardware parts to replace, but most of there work is to restore the board from a software point.
