Exactly where would it end? Today he said that the profits reported by Exxon Mobile should be taken from them and “That $4 billion should go to middle class taxpayers, people who need the money. John and Governor Palin have this upside down. They literally have it upside down.”

From that I get this. Profits are wrong. If you make a profit you should send it to the government so they can hand it out as they see fit.

Yea, everybody knows that Exxon just takes it's profits, stuffs them into the pockets of their top 5 execs. and runs their business with spare change lying around the office.

And nevermind how many "middle class" folks have vested interests in those profits as well, 401's etc. Joe and Barry are lookin' out for you all...............:p

Since Exxon is making so much money, I think they should give all their profits to the Government and the Government can run their business. Then, when for some unknown reason, the business is no longer making a profit, the taxpayers can bail them out...wait a minute! That's a stupid idea!
