My Carrier Weather Master 9200 furnace will not kick on. If it does kick on it will not come on the next time. I've made sure there is nothing blocking the intake or outtake pipes; and that there is no water in the pipes. It still will not kick on.

stop kicking it and call your local carrier dealer. I bet you they can fix it without having to kick it. :D
I bet if the Carrier guy comes the first thing he'll do when it doesn't fire up is kick it!:D

Every time I see a Carrier system I kick it...it doesn't seem to come on either.
Maybe this is a safety feature.
A carrier is a very finicky furnace and has a mind of its own.....kicking will not solve the problem.......you need a baseball bat.

If you don't have a baseball bat handy, a big pipe wrench will work. The drawback is that it tends to scrape up the paint a little.

Were you facing West when you kicked it by chance?
These furnases were known to have an issue when facing West while troubleshooting.
I believe this issue was resolved when the model 9201 came out.
Hope this helps.

Are you guys trying to say, no DIY info is supposed to be given here? Because, that's the impression I'm getting. If I'm not mistaken, it's one of this sites rules.

You need to contact a service company. Sorry this is not a DIY site.
