It is strange that he will not provide a simple document to set this to rest.
It is possible that African was used because the father was not an American Negro but a foreigner.
Early voting started a week ago today and as of Saturday 378,000 people have voted so far. Early voting ends Friday it will be interesting what the net will be. Of course there is no way to know how people are voting but the liberal media is going only to predominately black areas to report. I have not seen one report from a middle class or affluent area.
It is apparent that the media here is attempting to dissuade R voters by showing the volume of minority voters. They have speculated openly that Democrats are voting in droves and Republicans are barely getting out, which is contrary to the norm when R out early vote D about 2-1.
We voted Saturday around 5:00 PM and they told us they had been voting approx. 300 per hour until 4:30.
Do you have early voting, if so how is it going?

Ive tried the last two saturdays but the lines have been so long at the civic center.....going to try several nights this week....may just bite the bullet one evening and go no matter how long the lines.... Hate to go in work clothes and Im so tired at the end of the day...its hard to have to stand in line for an hour. But I am going to try this week cause I dont want to be pushed to rush and vote on Tuesday.
several comments about a rascal ( the kind old folks ride) and beating and then framing (for trying to assault me) a god forsaken bum removed....by me of course.......
One thing I have noticed here.... Usually during any election from city to presidential or national....my precinct is usually slower than christmas....but when a black candidate is running for office the lines are backed out the door with black folks voting.
I dont think half of them vote unless there is a black candidate on the ballot.
With Obamalamacon running you know nearly every eligible african american is going to be out there....even the young folks to lazy or no good to vote are going to be herded to the polls by their moms or aunties or whoever else they are leeching off of at the moment....

I don't know yet if SC has early voting opportunities but, I'll find out and do so if available.
I've been hearing and reading about reports from early voting precincts where Obama lemmings are harassing those they seem to believe are voting Republican in order to drive them away from the polls so that Obama can have an easy win. I'm thinking I may just wait until Nov 4th to cast my vote just to see if this might be happening in my precinct. I'll probably have to miss a day of work to do this but, that's OK, I'll do without a day's pay to make my choice known and tend to my responsibility.
I just checked and SC sort of has early voting. An SC resident can go to the County Board of Voter Registration, for your county of residence, and cast an absentee ballot at any time, during business hours, from Jan. 1 of a voting year up until 5 pm the day before the general election.
I'll see if I can make it there before Nov. 4th.

I always have thought that race would be an issue in this election, but not in the way the media portrays it.

It's a big issue the Blacks and a lot of White's with media induced self hate/guilt will vote for him because he is Black. I estimate it will be at least 10 to 1 voting for him as opposed to him for his color.

There are no reports of any confrontations in Texas and I would expect none.

Read in an out of town paper where election officials were brought into Catawba Correctional Facility to allow prisoner's to register and vote. First time in history. How's that for padding the early vote?

Vote early and vote often............ACORN..........;)
Exercised my rights today...
Had been driving by the early voting place for a few weeks and found hardly no line today.. took 20 min to park, vote and drive away.
Interesting story...
There was an man in front of me by about 6 in line. He got to the window for verification and they told him he was not in their system. All heck broke out as he started shouting and banging his fist against the counter. "I want to vote ! "
The clerk calmly gave him some paperwork to fill out and was trying to be helpful but he kept getting louder and more aggravated. He actually threw the paperwork in her face.... to make a long story short.. he was hauled out of there by the Sheriff Deputy on duty.
Makes me wonder what will happen if his candidate doesn't win !

Mayhem will happen either way, it might just be in the larger cities but either way there is good chance of something happening....
Anyone else see the increase of firearms sales??

Can prisoners vote?
I've been under the impression that they cannot.

They have found close to 30,000 Convicted Felons still on the Florida rolls. When some were contacted, they claim they did not know they couldn't vote.
Missisippi has over 100 people that are over 105 years old still on their rolls. They admit they have not purged their voter rolls in many years.

Mrs Reb;
I woulden't have thought so either, but evidently they can if they haven't been convicted yet of certain crimes. Go figure!

I didn't have time to fully investigate but did find indications that it's a state to state type of thing.

If prisoners were on chain gangs at the local gravel pit , they would not have time to vote.
