What SEER is it?

I have a Aspen Manufacturing coil pak under my Lennox furnace (G60 Not var). Can anyone tell me the rating of this? BVR3230 CPA16 64x14 That is all the numbers that I can see at this time. Can this be used for a heat pump also? The package is about 5 years old. Is it a decent package?

Right now it is a Lennox 13HPX 2.5 ton.
