It has more to do with your kids. Parents today promote the pack mentality in schools and at home and let your kids do whatever, not respect any authority but then not teach decent critical thinking skills. Further, you don't teach your kids what a moral compass is and how to navigate with it.
It's not just Democrats, it's your fault and it's too late to fix.
The game is over. I'm just watching to see the results of the feel good bandwagon jumping society you parents have created.... it started with the boomer children and now it's getting worse.

I agree, Sys. We are on our way out as a great society.

It would appear so.
We are probably about to elect a president that doesn't even try to hide the social agenda he's pushing. The American people are welcoming with open arms bigger government that will have far more authority over our private lives and will redistribute the wealth in this country to the non-producers.
I as a guy on TV recently, he escaped from the Soviet Union during cold-war times. The guy was livid at how the American people are flocking to the very way of life that he risked his life to rescue his family from.
Very sad for those of us who value freedom and personal responsibility.

One of JFK’s most famous lines is “Ask not what your country can do for you . . . “. Now, far too many people want to know exactly that. I don’t care what’s good for the country, what are you going to give me in exchange for my vote?
I probably won’t be here in 50 years, but I am saddened for the country that my grand-children will have to live in.
It would appear so.

You can include me also, I escaped facism, socialism and communism, just to see it emerge here. The plain fact is, a large majority of americans are just plain stupid, and looking at our piss poor educational system, that is understandable.
The proof of it.... just drive around when doing your service calls, people are rude, self centered with very little courtesy when in traffic, half dont even pay attention to their driving cause they are too self absorbed in chatting on the phone, messaging or just plain daydreaming. I dont know how many times while in traffic I turn my right blinker on to change lanes, most of the time no one slowes to let you in, you have to force the issue, and then some idiot blows his/her horn cause their annoyed that you force your way in.

?????? What does that have to do with Socialism?
?????? What does that have to do with Socialism?
He was replying to my post, and he's correct, for I have driven in the UK.
But no, it has nothing to do with socialism.
And talking about socialism, I would have never believed when I came to this country, that Americans would ever vote for a marxist, thats a hard pill to swallow, and just shows how uneducated many are.
And I'll even stick my neck out....anyone that votes for Obama is just plain stupid, and I believe this is the first time, that I have ever used that word against anyone in this forum.
If that debate last nite would have been between Obama and Ron Paul, Ron Paul would have cleaned his clock.
But then again, republicans had a better choice. So whatever comes down the line, as the saying goes...you made your bed...........

Republicans had so many better choices. McCain is a good fellow and all, but not a good candidate. I wanted Newt to run, but it didn't happen.
And I agree that too many Americans are uninformed. I'll go as far as to say that this is exactly what the Democrats have been working toward for decades, and now they have it. We have a large enough percentage of people that are uneducated and/or off the tax rolls, that they alone can now elect a president.
I'm not sure how we can come back from this when the productive people in this country are now the minority..

socialist groups started long ago in the late 1800's.
their ideas were never popular with Americans and the government would shut down organizations that became too radical.
these groups quietly started entering politics and form organizations like the ACLU, which has been a terrorist organization on our legal system.
many high ranking politicians and scientists were already devote socialists by the 40's and 50's
most Americans have no idea that socialists have declared war against the American public.
they've been perverting history, like in the so called McCarthy hearings "witchhunt" , where many people admitted being communist/socialist.
socialists destroyed our school system.
socialists destroyed our legal system.
socialists destroyed our nationalism.
and socialists are trying to make sure the American public never returns by filling the country full of ungreatfull foreigners, and organizing them under radical socialist organizations.

You've got a great handle on the scene there Wolfe. This is happening around the world in what is left of Western Civilization. We appeared to be doomed because of our liberalism. Our culture and race are disappearing before our eyes. In a couple of generations or maybe just one more it will all be gone.
I dare anyone to argue different on a intellectual scale that is other than throw racist names at me that is. Oh well just my 2 cents worth. Have fun while you can.

Yeah well I sure wish it would have stopped and let me off in the late 50's or early 60's. It's being going down hill ever since then and now we appear to be in a free fall.:)
Heaven help us now and even more so in January. Can't imagine what's going to happen. Maybe I'll write a sequel to "Gone With the Wind" and call it "Gone to Hell". :D
