hello, everyone
in my company we normally use workspace manager to control air terminal controller,but now when we log on ,it is hanging "the comfortworks is starting"
so I backbup data, reinstall os2000,ms Sql server2000, comfortview3.0,then I can logon ,but when I use workspace manager ,I cannot find graphic,\\carrier\bsiv\media\graphics\*.bmp the specified file does not exit.
anyone knows how to do it? where should i put the backup data?
