I think it went pretty well for McCain. Most likely too little, too late, but he got some zingers in.

When compared to President Bush, McCain shot back that he is not President Bush, that if Obama wanted to campaign against President Bush he should have done it four years ago.

I think McCain should have taken that a bit further by adding; Then again, four years ago you stated that you would not be experienced enough to run for the 2008 presidential election.

When Obama whined that McCain ads call him a liar, McCain slapped him down with two examples of when he lied.

Not bad, but probably not enough. Oh well, I may be seeing McCain tomorrow so maybe I'll give him some tough love advice.

The biggest problem for Mccain is the biased media coverage. I thought he did ok and if the media covered this fairly from the start BO would not be running "Wright" now and they would not even "Aires" his "Hussienity". PUNS INTENDED.

BO is like Clinton #2 on steroids and anti American brainwashing.

I do not agree with everything that Mccain says but he is way more in touch with reality than BO.

I get more and more disgusted everyday at how blind, deaf and dumb people have become due to the unfair and unbiased reporting done by our media.

Do not get me wrong I do not belong to any political party, nor do I support one side or another but it is astounding to me that the Democrats have so much media control. Kind of reminds me of the media in the middle east pre-sadam.

I saw McCain at a rally today and he said he felt pretty good about last nights debate. He reiterated the key points where he called Obama on a few things that Obama denies.

It is also good to see McCain campaigning with Joe Lieberman, an ex-Democrat, re-elected as an Independant, stumping for a Republican. Another ex-Democrat turned Republican who was there was Buddy Roemer, a former Governor of Louisianna.

Two woman who were with McCain were his hotty wife, showing he must have a younger spirit, and his 96 year old mom, showing he has longevity of life in his genes.

So; how many Republicans does Obama have on stage with him at rallies? Family members? I know, his mom and dad are dead, but what about siblings and other family members? What about his brother in Kenya?

I did like one tee shirt I saw today; McCain, not Hussein

I think the biggest problem for McCain is the uninformed American voter. :D

Wouldn't that be mostly due to the biased media?

Somewhat but to a greater extent they will not take the time to become informed. Others just see things in a different light as many here do.

I am a strong conservative not a Republican but I primarily vote Republican. My oldest sister as all of my siblings are strict Democrats. My oldest sister is very smart and very astute, if she were in one of these discussions she could tell you every thing Obama has done or expects to do.

The thing is we are on different sides of the coin and see the same facts in a different light. That is just the way we/people are wired we perceive the same facts to have different meanings.

My siblings believe in global warming and hate coal fired plants and think that fluorescent lights are a boom to saving energy. They are unwilling to accept that coal fired plants can be clean, that global warming is cyclical not caused by mans excesses and that fluorescent bulbs are bad because of the mercury.

My opinion is that unfortunately for the country we are split about 50/50 liberal conservative. There is a small undecided, uninformed group that vacillates between the two options, they are the ones that listens to media are swayed by polls and glitz. The most unfortunate thing is these are the people that will decide the election.

I agree. This also is an indication that more Americans are content to take what they have not earned. Theologically we refer to this as deceptive temptation, or making a deal with the Devil.

Also, I've figured out why Obama wants to stop dealings with Mexico. He is afraid that Mexicans and other Latinos are going to outnumber Blacks in the U.S.
