Why is it that posters who have nearly begged to be banned try over and over to return to ARP? Especially posters that have stated over and over that they don't care if they can post in ARP or not, banning them won't worry them etc.
and yet, here they come trying to sneak back in...

Any real answers?

It's the same reason other posters just absolutely need to have things their way rather than letting things go and will insist on being the final word, being wrong, stupid, having a clear inability for clear thinking, or uninformed notwithstanding. Persistence doesn't always have a point.
