Did you see that JCI has jars out for 3.0.106 & 3.3 that will only indicate overrides at 1 and 8 now?
Time too say a big Thank You to JCI, freddy-b!
I've loaded them up in a bunch of FXs at different revs and nothing changed. It appears to only work for newly added points.

Ya, I got them and noticed the same thing. At least it will be nice from here on out.
As far as thanking them......for what? Scewing it up in the first place and then thank them for fixing it four years later?

That's funny... 3.4.43 was officially released yesterday (hw webs channel).
is JCI that far behind? I bet they tell you there's a need to test all of these jars before releasing them...

They have had 3.0.88 then to 3.0.106 then .................................................. .................................................. ............skipped everything til 3.3.22.
So with the track record we probably wont see something new from JCI til 3.6 or so.

It cracks me up... Tridium develops the framework, not JCI, not HW (even though they own Tridium) it's a very funny relationship. Fixes to bugs rarely affect the modules "developed" by the OEMs. I guess JCI though, has to deal with the n2 driver...
On the other hand, take a look at HW. Their xl10 wizards are still at 3.2 an so is the spyder.jar I don't believe every module goes through that many changes... If it works, they simply rev it up and give it a new number.

I think I lost my HalfBrain. I just agreed to do JCI FX's and someone sold my boss FX workbench 2.0??? :o
We're an HW outfit normally.
What rev. are in the FX's being made now?
Does JCI have a forum to download the latest and greatest rev.?

JCI 2.0 is Tridium 3.3.
The new FXs are 3.3.
If you have HW Workbench, you didn't need the JCI version.

Are you saying that I can make a station in AX and install it in a FX-40,60,etc.

Yes. That's how I do all of ours.
You'll need to transfer the JCI jars from an FX to your Workbench.
:) Thanks for the info Ninax. I guess since we're licensed for JCI now, I'll work with the FX product. This particular project requires that ABSOLUTELY NO Honeywell products be used. We had a HW snap-action T-Stat inside of a cabinet unit heater, (in R/A stream) and they through a fit. So it was necessary for us to have products that show the JCI brand. Thanks again for the info.

I thought they were made in Bossier and Opelousas, LA?
Is that where Santa's summer home is too?
