Relay Chatter

I Have an alerton 450st controller that uses triacs. when I hook up the relays they all chatter until the controller calls for the relay. What resistor or capacitor should I try to bleed these triacs and stop the chattering during the off period?

1K Ohm 1/4 watt from + to ground will eliminate the stray voltage that is causing the relay chatter.
