Lemme guess... you're a McCain supoorter. :D

You don't need brains nor experience to become POTUS... You simply need a good script. :p

Where is Jefferson!!!!! :(

LOL. McCain has this one hands down. His experience is in sharp contrast to Obama's lack of.

From my perspective McCain won but Obama makes me ill. I don't think McCain buried Obama which he needed to do.

Now a question for all; are their really any undecided people out there. If you are undecided at this point you will in my estimation you will not vote. If you are undecided at this point you are not aware of the world around you and especially what is going on in the world of politics.

Yep, you got it. The Democrat and the 'hand across the aisle'.

The only reason the Democrat can't prove he's ever had a hand across the aisle is because he's too far away from the aisle to reach even a fingernail.

Too bad we have a vote for Scary and Scaryier this year. I predict, even with the massive 'get out the vote' campaign the Democrats and Hollywood are waging, the turnout will be historically low.
And that will be a historic low for conservatives, working families and small businesses. America will lose in the long run.

Damn. I either need to have another drink or go to bed!!!!!

Undecided is will I vote or take a pass at this point. I know several of those! And, I must say, here in the heartland they are mostly Democrats!

Did anyone at all here find it ironic when Obama started talking about Banks finding refuge in the lax regulations in Delaware? I know I DID! ;)

The US and World economy's are going down in flames, and still the partisans prey.

Its our fault, and the partisan attitude will only make it worse. George Washington would be ashamed.

Here in North Texas, Collin County that is, they have reported a record in voters this year. I spoke to a few that have never voted before and they tell me the reasoning for their first time vote is because they feel it is a must to vote this time because the younger generation wants to have this CHANGE to lead this county, they will vote for a Republican but still be a Democrat in their way of thinking. I just find it ironic to know that in the wings this will play out to see how the rest of the country will vote.

 so if the economy is good they think Republicans did it ? I'm just saying IMO that it is strange that these folks (older than 50) now will vote to veto the younger vote. Why didn't they vote in the past is just strange to me

Quoted from the transcript[about 15% down page]:

http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=77360

Obama says:

+++++++Right now, the credit markets are frozen up and what that means, as a practical matter, is that small businesses and some large businesses just can't get loans.

If they can't get a loan, that means that they can't make payroll. If they can't make payroll, then they may end up having to shut their doors and lay people off.

And if you imagine just one company trying to deal with that, now imagine a million companies all across the country.+++++++++

Is our economy really that dependent on loans? So much employers must have it[credit] to make payroll? Or credit to do business[say operating costs for a project]? I am not following that part, something fishy about the statement or indeed we are on shaky ground as a nation. Logic sequence:no loan-no payroll-out of business. I just don't see businesses making payroll via credit anyway. Honestly, I could go on, but I'll shut-up now. :D

////////////////////////////////

perhaps a moot observation, as I was unimpressed with McCain on same topic.

A lot of companies operate with a credit line with their bank.

If those credit lines get cut off a lot of companies won't be able to keep their doors open.

well if some of your major accounts pay every 60-90 days, an employer could have a cash flow problem. I'll never forget once when I was in the printing business, a broker from another company broke away and joined us. He brought a hugh account with a now failed bank, M bank, my employer spent thousands buying 100% rag stationary and envelopes, having ink matched for the logo and thousands more making the engraving dies for all the V-P's and higher executives. after 30 days we sent a bill, no response, 60 days abill ,no response, same after 90 days. panic was setting in. the boss contacted purchasing at the bank and they said they only paid every 6 months. Off to get loan for payroll.

my wife used to work for AT&T, they pay once a month.
credit is extremely important

Maybe we can pool our money together and go to Mexico and make even more. You gotta know, any Mexican that knows how to work on A/C's live in the US anyway!

These few states will decide the election. Once again Florida plays a crucial role. At least Jeb is not governor. We have no good choice in this one. Obama/Biden will get it.:rolleyes::rolleyes:
