I'm looking to find a contractor to install a System 2000 system. What are my best bets, can anyone recommend one?
What kind of things should I ask them?

you mean you have a used system from 2000 you want installed? You could start by listing your location it helps

Sorry, I'm located in Monroe, CT, and am looking for a quote on a Energy Kinetics System 2000 system installed. Looking at the EK1 and would like a quote.
If any installers in the area, please post a msg, or if you can recommend someone, that'd be great as well.

Natural Gas or Oil?
I think Edgerton installs a few of these.
Do you have a functional boiler? I am backed up a month now.
I am in Derby, Ct

no, not exactly. I only turn the boiler on for showers now because it leaks all over the place. I'd need one in the next few weeks. I'm on oil.
