I have a site with a BTI and i'm trying to setup some new trendlogs and they are entered in the Trend log list, but when you try to view there is no data. I've tryed to send Notification Classes, Logs, and event enrollment through device manager to the BTI but when you look at the user request monitor, it attempts to load above, then after a short delay it says *No Response* skipping device. I did a device scan and the BTI is showing up and I can sucessfully send a time sync. Anyone have any ideas. Thanks for the help.

I'm a little new to this myself, but have you tried doing a compact and repair? Maybe there is something wrong with the local database? Sounds like you have everything else right....

What version of EFB are you using? What's the ROC file on the BTI? How many logs are setup already? Does this site have a server or are you using a laptop?

Thanks for the help but I figured it out. I had to go into device manager and edit the BTI and set it as a unitary controller and then back to the global and voila! All is working now. Just some glitch. Thanks anyway, this forum rules!!!!!
