Mark Levin has the complete transcript, and what ABC News tried to pull here is a textbook example of media malfeasance.

This is what you would expect of the Democratic Media and the unrestrained support for Obama and attack stance on McCain and especially Palin. Check out the story.

A lot of people felt Sarah Palin got some pretty rough treatment at the hands of Charlie Gibson during her interview on ABC. So just how rough is it? Well, let’s compare the questions Gibson asked Palin with the questions Gibson asked Obama as compiled by The Anchoress (http://theanchoressonline.com/2008/09/12/side-by-side-gibson-questions-more/).

First, Obama (http://abcnews.go.com/print?id=5000184):
How does it feel to break a glass ceiling?

How does it feel to “win”?

How does your family feel about your “winning” breaking a glass ceiling?

Who will be your VP?

Should you choose Hillary Clinton as VP?

Will you accept public finance?

What issues is your campaign about?

Will you visit Iraq?

Will you debate McCain at a town hall?

What did you think of your competitor’s [Clinton] speech?

Now Palin (http://elections.foxnews.com/2008/09...with-abc-news/):
Do you have enough qualifications for the job you’re seeking? Specifically have you visited foreign countries and met foreign leaders?

Aren’t you conceited to be seeking this high level job?

Questions about foreign policy

-territorial integrity of Georgia

-allowing Georgia and Ukraine to be members of NATO

-NATO treaty

-Iranian nuclear threat

-what to do if Israel attacks Iran

-Al Qaeda motivations

-the Bush Doctrine

-attacking terrorists harbored by Pakistan

Is America fighting a holy war? [misquoted Palin]
So Obama gets “how does it feel to win” and “what did you think of Hillary’s speech.” Palin gets questions about the territorial integrity of Georgia.
Fair? Balanced? Objective? Not even a little bit.

What is amusing is that there were posts on a lefty blog complaining about Palin getting a "softball" interview.

If that was a "softball" interview, it was fast pitch softball, and Obama got a T-ball interview.

I just ripped CBS, albeit only on a blog for posting an article ...well, here is the article (http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/09/15/business/marketwatch/main4448337.shtml?mpid=1732).

So the latest fax going around the newsrooms is the "story" of how nicey nice Charley was to the Barracuda, when it is fairly obvious he was like one heartbeat away from quivering during his follow-ups and having his jowls slavering at the thought... of tripping up Cinderella. Too bad Charlie, sorry about your pal Barry who can't form a complete sentence without a team of cleaners, mops and buckets at the ready...

Here's Barry's latest boo-boo:

Chris Cuomo says, "Now we see these new ads that come out calling McCain an old man."

OBAMA: Hold on, I didn't -- I didn't say that. What I said was -- I mean, let's be fair, Chris -- what I said was that John McCain is out of touch.

CUOMO: But the ad is a negative ad. You paint him as an old man, say you can't use a computer, he's never sent an e-mail, what does that all mean?

OBAMA: What it means is that we've got a twenty-first century economy and John McCain does not have a vision for how to move that forward.

CUOMO: So no apologies for that ad?

OBAMA: If we're going to ask questions about, you know, who has been promulgating negative ads that are completely unrelated to the issues at hand, I think I win that contest pretty handily.

Note to Charlie Gibson: follow that one up, big guy!

I didn't see the whole interview, but what I did see was Gibson sometimes asking the same questions over and over as if waiting for the answers he wanted.

Sent the following to ABC and Charlie. We have not watched any ABC programming in more than five years so I am sure it will not hurt them too much.

Your interview with Governor Palin just shows how in the tank you are for the democrats and Obama. It is an absolute disgrace and I will inform every person I know and contact all advertisers on ABC.

We as an extended family will not watch any programming generated by ABC or any subsidiary of ABC. This country will be in much better shape when all three networks finally fail and go out of business.

Your network and especially you are dishonest cowards that are afraid of an intelligent woman that truly represents the real people of this country.

Now, that's a good comparison based on facts.

I thought the interview with Palin was extremely confrontational and it was easy to notice that she sensed it too.
