Ahhh, the cool gentle breeze felt as the tide turns, and the sun rises in the eastern sky once again to bring it's warmth and the hope for better days ahead.

My wife and I butted heads on that video.
She viewed it as "the politics of fear".
Wonder who fed her that soundbyte?
She stated that our leaders were supposed to be protecting this country and that protecting/liberating Iraq under "false pretenses" was not the right strategy then or now.
She also defended Obamas reasoning and patriotism.

Needless to say, I wholeheartedly disagree with her.
Not only did I not go into the fact that there were several UN Resolutions demanding a change of course by the Iraqis, but I also didn't mention the fact that their leader killed his own en' masse to the tune of about 300,000 and continued to be a threat in the region.

She's a wonderful woman but I totally disagree with much of her politics.

LOL! I am using a subtle approach, Mrs. Reb.:p
She won't be voting for Obama but I want to make sure she goes to the polls and votes.
Then, my marvelous personality will sway her to the "right" side.:D:D:D

Yeah, that was the part that shut my wife up.
She was giving a commentary on what was wrong with the video until she saw that part.

At least it did shut her up.:D:eek:
