This is what happens...you either vote with your faith or you face criticism. In the article:
Last month, a chorus of bishops issued statements scolding Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for misstating Catholic teaching about when life begins in defense of her support for abortion rights. She accepted an invitation to meet privately with San Francisco Archbishop George Niederauer, the bishop of her home diocese, to discuss the matter.

I've aways found it amazing that Democrats can be Catholics and still support abortion rights. It begs understanding....

I suspect that there are many of the Catholic denomination who feel in their heart that abortion is a sin but they continue to do what is politically and morally expedient as a means to an end.

So human life begins at different times for different religions? Perhaps Mr. Biden could research this and publish a list of exactly when human life begins for each religion. Then, if someone wants an abortion but their church is opposed, they could change churches.
