Currently in the process of integrating a system and had a question about excessive poll time. Data was initially refreshing at about 2min30sec, when data type is changed to a fast rate it refreshes about instantly. There are about 95 devices on n2. We have been told that all data polls continuously whether subscribed or not and thus the excessive time. Why would data poll with no trending? Seems like a waste of resources. Can someone elaborate why this is or what we can do differently? If we change all the data to a fast poll we will end up in the same boat. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
