I am looking at getting into the industrial, commercial, and medical cooling fields and I have a few questions about what I should be asking in the way of pay? just to give you some background I am a young guy and I am very mechanically skilled, I have about 6 years experience turning wrenches on cars. I am a fast learner, driven and a very good customer service rep. With all the info I just gave you what would you consider to be a fair offer for a starting wage?

there are a few courses that your local community college can probably offer you so you can get some kind of training and familiarize yourself with the terms and lingo associated with this field. From there you can bargain a bit more because you will be more valuble. without any prior experience or certification of skills you will start off as a laborer and make the least amount of money. Do it smart and invest your time and some money and get some training first...it will pay off ten fold.
