Think what you want, I just can't see how a HIGH QUALITY company like yours expects to attract good quality mechanics when they can make more at a McDonalds.
Do you supply the mouse ears????:p

I only say $17 per hour because allot of guys say they got experience and they don't, so if you have experience you will make $26 to $32 per hour plus new company vehicle, new uniforms and jacket, a trip once a year anywhere in the United States or Canada, Tool allowance after 3 months and finally comminsion of sales %.( the guys love this because you can make $300.00 in 1 hours work) we pay for guys training time and classes. Last time I checked union does not offer these things and I know the wages are better but you have to pay dues and travel.

Hey 21 after reading numerous of your posts I have always thought you would be an ok guy to work for. I also always thought your pay was a little low for the market. Your above post is the first I have heard about commissions and the other perks makes a big difference. I know its none of my business but you may want to include that in your job ads. Just saying I would not consider a job for 32 an hour in the current market but couple that with the commission it becomes quite attractive to a guy looking. The trip is something that I have never heard of anyone doing before and is really a nice perk for your guys. Just my .02 Take care.
