best company to work for in Dallas,Tx

Help, I'm trying to relocate to Dallas, Tx and need some opinions on who is the best company to work for. I have been installing residential and light commercial equipment for 9+ years in Alabama. I supervise 6 installers and do some warranty work. I'm just waiting for my house to sell. Thank you for any input!

Thank rabram for responding. I lived in azle, tx when I was in sixth grade.!
However I was looking for a company more central to the metroplex. I am NATE certified in Hp service and installation. However, I have been supervising an installation crew. I say supervising, I have been doing just as much of the work myself. I would like to work for a decent size installation company with a good reputation for quality. I would also like a break from supervising if possible, because ,as you probably know, it's hard to keep from bringing your work home with you. If you can give any more input, it would be greatly appreciated.

I would go to MEP and look around, Frymire is one of the biggest in Dallas. I wouldn't want to work for a large company anymore to much number crunching wanting to have so many done by this time.
