I am having a problem with a York YT. It has tripped on "Phase Locked Loop".
I have tried to reset it but the machine stays in alarm. I have checked my voltages to the machine and are well within specs. I tried changing the phasing 120 degrees with no help. Looking for a light at the end of the tunnel.

Have you try to check the filter fuses? This kind of fault usually a blown filter power fuse. Check the fuse 11FU, 12FU & 13 FU.

the book i have is sst operation b series. form number 160.00-O2. It give great details on a variety of starter problems.... but comes up short on phase locked loop. I am hoping someone else out there has come accross this same problem and has a suggestion on a path to follow.

It is possible your trigger board is not firing the SCR's at the right time or you could have a bad SCR

Double check your line and fuses with a "wiggy" type tester.
High impedance DMM's can lie, via carbon in a blown fuse.

Then meter the SCR's.

The last suspect would be the trigger board.

had a yt 'e' last year. trigger board wasn't firing the scr's properly. caused low amps on 1 leg. (or hi amps on 2). caused a hi vibration @ 60% or higher

If you check the SCR's by the book, they tell you to use a Fluke style meter to check them. Doesn't work. You have to use a Simpson 260 to check them.
