hello all, i was at this package unit today which has a new t8775c 1005 stat, units m#50byn00651 s#2907b02304
unit will run when display is blank, but never shuts off.
disconnected stat fom base and did not shut off, even the fan stayed on
changed stat thinking it was it but it wasnt, put old one back
8 wire stat so changed R wire and Y wire, still the same
put resister in circuit from w on stat to common in unit,
transformer was wired for 230 not 208 which i corrected
i did find that after 5 minute delay, blower started, display was still on, about 30- 40 seconds later, comp contactor, condenser motor contactor and gp relay kicks in thats when i loose display in stat, i am hoping someone has had this problem before, i am thinking a new stat wire must be run, well any ideas would be greatly appriciated
