PLease help, 2 stage A/C.

I installed a Heil DXT+ 3 ton condenser with a VS90 furnace. 2 stage heat and 2 stage cooling unit, variable spped blower. I installed a Honeywell VisionPro T-stat, 2 stage heat/2 stage cooling. I ran all new t-stat wire, reprogramed the t-stat for multi-stages, tested the t-stat wire for breaks. Yet I can not get the condenser unit to run on high stage/Y2. I am not getting power to the Y2 teminal at the condenser unit. The furnace comes up to speed or High coooling but not the condenser. Please help. I think i tried everything, but I hope its something simple I am over looking.
