I recently replaced a thin plate heat x in a r-22 water cooled unit. I vacuumed down to 350 microns and weighed in the charge. When I started it up the pressures were 85/235. The space temp was about 73.The superheat was 10 and the subcooling about 20. The discharge line temp ran about 155. Compressor rated 8.7 and drawing 7 amps. Water in 80 and water out 102. I thought maybe I introduced air into the system but my head pressure and compression ratio don't seem to be high enough. I'm new to the water cooled thing so any help is appreciated.
