for a small window/wall unit like that alot of time the cost of labor and motor replacement if in fact the motor is bad could come close to the cost of the new unit, is the unit still under warranty ? one year.. call your local HVAC contractor to check the unit to see if the problem can be repair with reasonable cost .. if not just buy a new unit :D
