"no ice" call on a Manitowoc under counter BDO 250 . Find unit shut down on safety limit 2. (3 attempts to harvest at 3.5 minutes each). Reset unit and watch 2 complete cycles - OK. Customer then tells me that he has reset the switch several times over the last month. I assume the hot gas valve is sticking periodically. Has anyone had a similar experience , and is there anything else I should be looking for ? TIA

How clean is it? does it have any water leaks? Is the plate getting pitted?

Which I THINK is supposed to be about 160 at the end of the freeze cycle. check what it is supposed to be and then check that it is that number.
Is the mold/evap dirty?
Is the machine level or slightly lower in front?
Is the ice thickness even across the molds?
