50% :eek::eek::eek:

You illegal? :D

On another note, I'm very concerned that a self professed liberal missed question number 6.

I got 100% but, anyone that helps high school kids with their homework should have gotten most of those!
Instead of multiple choice it should be fill in the blank!!! ;)

100%. I should write these tests.

If the speaker of the house was in the same bus brothel fire as the president and vice president, who becomes president? Who after that?

What amendment to the constitution spells this out?

85% - I missed three, & one was because I did not read the question close enough.

Well, I got a piddling 60% but there are some misleading factors. Delaware was never a colony. Delaware was a part of Maryland. The ownership of Delaware was disputed by William Penn and Lord Baltimore, but was never considered a self governing colony. The reason that Delaware is the first state is because a representative of the Delaware region was given the right to be the first to sign the Declaration of Independence so that it would become a self regulating entity as one of the original states.
