HVAC help plz, water on my filter

i have a brand new house 1st and only owner.
i had it for 2 years, and my a/c is cold but not as cold as i think it should be.

i think i need puron, its a carrier hvac.
what to check for if my a/c needs puron?
also my air filter is wet, my coils are setup up in an A and the air filter underneath. it gets soaked with water dripping from the coils. what should i do 1st?

Call a service technician that can accurately diagnose and resolve your problem. That's the best advice anyone can give you.

well i was going to try to fix it myself 1st if i possible can.
i didn't want to throw away $110 just for them to diagnose and then charge me extra for the actual work to be done.
i am an auto mechanic, so im a pretty good handyman, i would like to fix myself 1st.
