Carrier Bryant question

My blower fan is not running. I can hear it like it is trying to rn but when i touched the wheels it felt like it was stuck. Anybody got answers for this noob question? Thank you!

Many things that could stop the blower from starting. Were not allowed to give DIY help on this forum. Call a good service tech and they should be able to figure it out quickly.:)

Do you always stick you fingers were a moving part can cut them up.
