Ok, I think I am going crazy. My blower and condensor are workin as they should. When the Tstat is on cool, the coil annd air in the blower cabinate are cold (working like a champ). My issue is that I still have hot air coming out of the vents. I suspect my sup. heater is the cause of the hot air because when I remove my W wire the tstat terminal the vents blow cool air. Besides a broken tstat, why would my supp heater be functioning?

Call a contractor to come and diagnosis the problem. It may or may not be a thermostat. It is always the first thing everyone replaces and is usually not the problem.
No DIY help is allowed on this site so that is as far as I can go.
Good luck:)
