JCI NIE Reset

When I got into the office this morning, I saw that one of our NIEs went offline for about 10 minutes and then went through a startup. Is there an errorlog somewhere similar to a task/error log on an NC that may suggest what caused this reset?

Audit Viewer only shows startup. CPU usage later in the morning was 5%, and memory usage 42%.

NIE has been in service for a couple of years with no problems. Currently at version 2.2.

Check the event viewer for any alarms, and look at the diagnostic tab of the NIE in question.

Diagnostics for CPU and memory usage look good. Temperatures also look good. Diagnostics similar to other NIEs (8 total) and NAEs (7 total) on network. All NIEs in a cabinet in our computing facility with UPS backup, so I don't think power was an issue. Nothing unusual in the event log. NIE did its normal onboard upload a little after midnight, but around 05:45 there was a startup.

You can try to backup the database and then download the NIE again.
