I have a NAE55 and need to know how to perform a Global Search to find all the Unreliable N2 Points in all the N2 controllers.

What version are you running? Go to Help and about. Until ver 4 I believe the only option you have is to run an offline report. Highlight the NAE and then choose Query and then offline report. If you are at ver 4.0 which I believe just go released......you can creat custom querys.....I'm still at ver 3.1.0 so I don not have that option as of yet. Check out this site....Dave has built so apps for the NAE/NIE's for custom summarys and will customize or build any special app you might need to interface with JCI products. He has a lot of JCI experience and is very helpful. Otherwise I believe upgrading to the latest ver will do what you need.
