york isn/advantage pasword

Hi all

I've come across a site that contains a number of york controllers, ISN LDC 34's and their later advantage kit. The customer dosen't know the master passwords, so we cant make any mods to the configurations. I've tried the default 5555 but to no avail. I believe that york had a backdoor password. Can any york service engineers help?

I know how to enter york passwords, ans configure the controllers, but these units have a master level 5 password that nobody knows, and I know that there is a backdoor sequence that can be entered, but don't know it.
