7 wires to the thermostat
remote sensor for 2nd floor
New copper lineset
thanks for your time.

What are the first 4 letters of the a/c model number (RANL, RAPL, etc.)? Filter?

Judging by your post count, you may have only been lurking here for a short time (maybe not) and may be hard pressed to evaluate.

As a suggestion, go to the 'wall of fame' and 'wall of shame' forums and see pictures of what good and bad are. The PROs will offer plenty of good comments, there.

first four letters are UARL. it's the 16 seer model.
the furnace has a 1" filter in a 2-1/2" sheetmetal box with a front opening door on it.
I'm wondering about exhaust/intake, soldering on the copper, and what things to ask for during the initial set up and programming.
thanks ampulman:)

Twili,
I was hoping you would notice this post. Now that you mention it, I live about 2 miles from a border patrol check point. Look out is right.
That being said, I would appreciate some info from you. WWTD is my motto.
I like the way you talk.
Thanks,
Grandpa Ralph

Interestingly, I am in the final process of negotiating a similar system. The only thing missing from your quote is the coil.

If it is a Rheem/Ruud coil, you may only achieve less than 15 SEER. Higher SEER ratings are possible with aftermarket coils, which might affect your replacement warranty.

See: http://216.122.22.11/FetchDocument.aspx?ID=1b1063fa-c605-4b08-ab0f-963cfc29c415 around page 11 to see what coils will achieve with your furnace.
