Metasys PMI Metapage File not Found

Recently moved Metasys PMI from one machine to another. After move Metapage stopped working with the helpful error message "File not found".

I have not been able to find any files that I missed. Does anyone know what files are required for proper operation?

It is a separate program that must be installed.

I had a similar problem about 5 years ago, even after re-installing Metapage. A JCI tech sent me an executable file which I believe fixed a broken link. I don't think I have that file anymore, but I believe I still have an email which has the file name. I will check at the office tomorrow.

I found the name of the file in an old email from a JCI tech. It was "metapage 103-f.exe". I don't have the file though.

I don't remember my symptoms exactly as it was 5 years ago. Your problem does sound familiar though.
