Does any one have any experience with bidding on commercial maintance agreements? We have an opportunity but we are struggling with price.

is it a full contract or just covering only pm and maintainable equip,ent

They would like for me to cover all minor break downs with 24 hour service. Anything major like compressors and refrigerant leaks would need to have a pre set price for replace and repair. The system is about to be one year old. I sub contracted some of the installation work, so I am pretty familiar with the system. It is an Omni temp with 70 compressors.
