Is anyone else working with a Smart Server yet? Just looking to share tips, tricks and work-arounds etc.

Was suppose to have my to work with now, but Echelon has said that they are back order and it will be another 2 weeks for it to ship.
I have all the PDF files and have gone over them, other than that is all I can say at this time.
When I get it to play with will share more info.

I'm AWOL on this box right now too. I had time, and now I don't. Hit the guys up at the smart server forum. Sooner or later that has to start rolling...

Tried that. I think marketting guys are moderating the site. 2 posts that I thought were uncritical never made it to the forum. Must be they only except posts of praise. In any event I dont have anything to offer that forum anymore.
I remember 381engineer saying something about a post of his that never made it either.
Considering the number of posts on that site either the moderator has a heavy blue pencil or everyone else that has a Smart Server is breezing right through it.
I sincerely doubt the latter is true.

Don't misunderstand me. I like the Smart Server but some things are done differently and not necessarily as well as the e3. Other things are done much better. There is definitely a learning curve to overcome. A few bugs still exist and I am sure they will be corrected soon.
